Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant for a real estate office.

0–2 years experience in HR or office administration preferred.

Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills (verbal and basic written).
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Professional and polite behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection of staff (sales, admin, support).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Handle onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
Support in posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
Maintain HR database and update records regularly.
Assist in basic payroll and salary processing support.
Support day-to-day office administration work.
