Skills Required:
Knowledge of production planning
Strong leadership and team handling skills.
Knowledge of packaging production processes.
Basic computer knowledge(Excel/ERP preferred).
Time management and ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily packaging production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Monitor worker performance and productivity.
Maintain quality standards during manufacturing.
Coordinate with store and QC departments.
Maintain production reports and records.
Ensure proper use of machines and materials.
Coordinate with store, dispatch, and maintenance departments.
